Hello GinnyStar here, feel free to move my thread into a diffrent one is we have asked this in the pass, for I don;t have any ididea where in tthis forum it would be, so I spliced of my rambling into a different thread, for this is one that that Anne didn't write in here books, and or any other loos ends for that matter,
,. Sorry a tad beyound what you asked for, but sometime I give more then
some folks ask for to explain myself, and just one seam that has been sean yet, Fo forgot to be written, in order to the next arc in the story.

Off from about Whatch to drqagonridres, and to hatching,
in Dragonflightr ANne did have a va a few things that she need to get going, Anne had and that was one on them, For I would think that doing that would

What I was trying to say was say the ququeen/goldd could not got between would the Current Wyerleader and his dragon have the ddutry to take here between, like the unhatch eggs?

PS I am having a hard time re-editeing my post yet, so I posted what was on my mind here, I know that this was a plot holde or un- left ththread of in the Book, and its some were,, but I was just starting with this one for it came to mind as I was posting in a different thread.

I just RRecalled one tb bit too I think R'gul inter Jora between in a later book The MaasterHarper of Pern, I think?

I sometime come up with some good ideas for topicss but when I try to translated tiem to my writting they get they don't quite come like I want them. I hope this hleps

I would assume that if any dragon died and was unable to go between themselves before doing so, either the Weyrleader or another rider (or maybe a couple, since I doubt one bronze could lift a Queen) would take them. If for some reason that was not possible (like if the corpse was infected by thread) I'd imagine they'd be cremated instead. Either way, it's not a duty any dragonrider would exactly relish.

Did MHoP or any other book ever mention what Jora died of? It would have been interesting if she had survived, and had been Lessa's senior Weyrwoman (or voluntarily passed Seniority on to Lessa at some point). We never really hear about her, except by bronzeriders and their disgust for her, and they're obviously biased. Jora was able to Impress a Queen in the first place. I seriously doubt she was actually as "bad" as she was made out to be.

Probably Jora died of a heart attack, as she ate too much and got no exercise.

I'm glad you asked this question. This is the sort of thing I think would be wonderful to see. If the Pern saga were turned into a TV series, this is the sort of thing that could flesh it out and let them pad the books without actually changing them.

But when it comes to specifics, I can't think of anything off hand. I think more of Jaxom raising Ruth. Some of the early challenges. More with Miriam as she is a minor but important character. Something with the Oldtimers to see them sour on the 9th Pass. More in depth with the main characters during the Masterharper of Pern era.

Things like that. Like Nerilka's story filled in Moreta.
