Okay folks, for those of you not on facebook yet, it's coming up to that time of the year again. Our favored dates thus far are May 2nd and May 16th, and the favored theme suggestions tend to be ALICE IN WONDERLAND and HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON ( Like readers of Pern Novels don't know that

)

Speak out now or forever dodge the flames, or the Cheshire Cat Claws depending on the mood of the day!

Well, unfortunately as much as I'd love to come, I can't as we'll be spending our holidays elsewhere at that time but for those who are going, best of luck and have fun being Mad Hatters chasing after dragons or vice versa

Looks like May 2nd and Alice in Wonderland are in the lead at this point. Unless we hear otherwise in the next two days I think that's what we are going to go with.

Okay, I've been down and set up in our usual place at the edge of the parking lot 2. There is a new Grill on the trashcan side of the tables. It's a bit muddy between the tables but that should dry up by the time everyone gets there. The ususal canine parade has started. We spotted a hooded duck and a heron as I was leaving. Crystal is going to try and get some pics of it. I'll be heading back after I get a shower and get Dad set up here at the house. See you there.

Okay I have the first batch from my camera loaded at My Flickr site under Souther California Gather 2010 - 2012.
Will download Crystal's tonight after she gets off work.

Had a such a relaxing time, and enjoyed some rather bawdy conversation with Sharon. Won't dicuss what was said

but let's just say it included unbalanced washer loads, reving motorcycles, and shower heads, amoung other things.
