So when I tried the host website to see if it was just the NKT I get this

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Wasn't that what we were getting last time Simon had troubles with the website?
