The more I think about it, the more wrong I am in my understanding of point 4 in my original post. I think the attacks occur every ~2 days & 17-18 hours (~2.72-2.75 days), for ~6 hours, or ~2.5 days...

Also, I reread more of Skies of Pern, which contradicts the Turn's End celebrations established in DE/RSR. But, it does mention "Turnover Past" while mentioning things like "Turnover First Night" and...
