Just getting back to it after almost six months of mental inactivity while I heal from having both knees replaced (yes, P'ter, with other knee bits--not with kumquats or something). A cat lady friend (I belong to a site that is subscribed to by many many cat ladies, some even crazier than me) sent me a little book called 100 Cats Who Changed the World or something like that and Snowball, the first cat to have his fur used as evidence in a murder case, was one of the early cats mentioned.
