P'ter, no, the name of the town nor the name of the building start with "Bad" (Austrian lngo for Bath).

Jube, no. It couldn't be as Klagenfurth is in the state of Kärnten in the south, near the Slovenian border. The whole of the state of Lower Austria or Niederösterreich is in the northwest, bordering the Czech Republic and Hungary.
