I'm finally moved. Permanently. Well, at least for the next couple of years or so . . . .

I now need to unpack boxes. whee. Yeah, totally excited - can ya tell?

At least I have internet, computer, TV, hubby, cats, music and plenty to do. I wish I'd had my camera before I drove down - the poor Ford Ranger looked like it belonged in The Beverly Hillbillies movie. There were a few things I had to leave behind...like some Playboys that belonged to hubby and an old rusted antique toy horse. But the horse was pretty rusted...even had a hole in it so hopefully it wasn't worth a whole lot. Besides, Mom got it at a garage sale. It was that, or a small table that used to belong to my grandma. And it was in better shape!!!

Ah well. *looks at pile of boxes and faints*

Take it easy, just one box at a time. Daunting at first but if you keep going with at lest a box a day you'll be done before you know it! (has moved 21 times in 25 years of marriage and looking at one more in a few months, ugh!)

Have fun unpacking all your stuff.
It can be a lot of work moving, but I always have fun deciding where stuff goes - almost like playing with a huge doll's house.

I hope you don't have to move soon afterwards. I can't claim a like amount of moves, 19 in 38 years, but then I don't intend to move for a while yet.

Erm...well, TV isn't as important as the cats, the computer and internet go hand in hand. . . and with the way he's been aggravating me today, the hubby has slid to the bottom of the list.

Well, that's moving after we got married, then a couple months later moving from the apartment into a house, then hubby got job in new city, so another move into a rental, then buying a house and moving, then building a house and moving, then moving to a different state (hubby's job again) into a rental, then buying a house, then buying another house in better location, then moving into an itty bitty rental (hubby's job thing again), then moving into a bigger rental while building another house, moving into the house and then selling it, then moving into a rental, having that owner decide to move back into the rental and having to move into anther rental, then moving to different city (the job thing once again) and buying a condo, then moving to where we are now (job again) and then when we build this new house there will be another move. So I guess that's 16 moves in 25 years, sorry for the exageration.

I'd think you'd be tired of building new houses.

Lessee...I've moved ... Olmsted Falls to Cleveland...to Middleburgh heights...to Cleveland...to Cleveland...to Brookpark...to Old Brooklyn..To Dallas...to Brunswick...to Brunswick...to Clyde...to Toledo to Louisville. That's 11 times. And I know there will be at least one more move.

I hate moving, and do it as little as possible. We have only moved six times in thiry one years, and one of them was only two doors down.
