OK, since I can't get to the "nekked loser" thread at the AMCF site, and it doesn't look like I will for a while and I'm starting to feel that this is my new "home" i just have to share my good news on the weight loss front...

I've reached my first weight goal!!!!

I wanted to be down to 230 pounds by my birthday well, my b-day is 23 days away and i'm at my goal!!!

I'll probably break my arm patting my own back, but I'm happy!!

Lisa, THAT IS FANTASTIC, it is so great that you have reached that hard fought goal. I will have all possitive thought for your continued success. This is never easy, so stay strong, keep your wonderful goal in mind(that and a skinny pair of great jeans)you will make it.
