For an ENTIRE week then I shall be MoM-less!!!

But (as the siggy says) I shall be off to sunnier climes, on holiday!

So, bar any disaster, I shall be back in a week, from sunny Cyprus!

But... I don't know how I am going to survive without MoM for an entire week!!!

You can always print out your favorite posts to take with you, or pictures of everyone's avatars.

Don't do anything we wouldn't do in Cyprus!

Should we rearrange all the forums while C_ris is away, so he'll trip over them if he comes back drunk?

osh, you make me jealous! Cyprus... Nice! Any climbing there? Have fun anyway C_ris, be safe and I suppose the only remedy against withdrawal symptoms is... looking at beautiful women or men (depending on someones taste)

I'M BACK!!!

Cyprus was great! We arrived late in the evening, and so went out and had a few drinks.

The next day, we went for a walk down along the harbour, went into the archaeological park in Pathos - and then it began to rain cats and dogs!!! So we got soaked.

It wasn't very nice the next day, so we went to the Pathos aquarium, and saw some fishes! There was one very ugly fish - apparently a member of the puffer fish family - that looked like a potato with fins!!!

The next day, it began to look up, but not massively, so went for a walk at the Bath of Aphrodite. Unfortunately, we mananged to make a mistake and misss the walking track - and instead of walking 7km, we walked at least 12km!!! Fun though

It still wasn't as sunny as Cyprus normally is the next day, so went walked around the Tombs of the Kings. This was interesting - but there was virtually no information available, so it was just a lot of holes in the cliffs!

Finally the sun came out!!! So we spent a day sunbathing and in the pool!!!

The next day was sunny as well, but we went for a walk down to the harbour again, and this time we were able to look around the archaeology park, without being rained on!!! There were some fabulous mosaics there, just a pity that there was no information around!!!

On our final day, the sun was still shining brightly, so we spent that day lying around, and in, the pool again.

And, as before 'pics or it didn't happen' is chanted, pics are here!!!

Does this short diary mean that you didn't get to climb anything? (except for the odd barstool)

Nope, no climbing

No-one else in my family climbs, and I don't have any ropes or the metalwork required to lead climb

But, I am going climbing for a long weekend before I go back to uni! Sea cliff climbing in Wales

did you see the turtles? they lay eggs this time of year!

Its not fair my Dad's in Cyprus at the mo- 10 days paid!!!
