Why do I always meet the idiots?

Do NOT answer that!

I was standing by the stack of local news-papers in the supermarket and a guy walks across and takes one from near the bottom of the stack dislodging the upper ones which I caught and restored to their right place.

"Why not take the top one?" I asked.

"Somebody's looked at it."

"Does that matter; they've only looked?"

"They might be homosexual."

"So?"

"I might catch it."

Hmm, if he's worried about catching it, it's probably too late. Next time you see him, you should let him know so he can seek treatment ...

OK here's another!

The other day I was coming back from Birmingham by train. On the train there was a one-legged guy in a wheel-chair (manual type chair). At Wolverhampton they got out the ramp for him and off he rolled.

I decided to divert to the 'Gents'. When I came out he was outside the station going slowly up the hill that takes Station Approach over the Ring Road.

He was going up backwards, pushing himself with his one leg (difficult to steer) because his hands were occupied:

by 2 cans of beer BOTH OPEN!
