I "found" it while walking round a car boot sale this morning.
They were there selling stuff and it was printed on the side of their van, but typically, I didn't have a camera with me, so couldn't resist checking it out when I got home.

Definitely plastic surgery because that woman looks only vaguely like the Elizabeth I know, so... she is GOOD!
