Default Are there any books...?

Greetings.

At the moment, I'm writing a story with Dragons. I'm writing it from the Dragon's point-of-view.

So, I was wondering there are any books out there where the author does this so that I might see how that person does it.

Thank you.

Elizabeth Kerner does some of her characters from a Dragons viewpoint, I can't really remember the stories now I've not read them for so long
The Song in the Silence
The Lesser Kindred
and Redeeming the Lost

Jax got the names right I think Marjorie B. Kellogg's Dragon Quartet books might have some dragon POV, another is Mercedes Lackey's Halfblood Chronicles (Elvenbane, etc...) I can't think of any more at the moment.

Thank you very much!

I just requested Song in the Silence from my local library. I must say that Elizabeth Kerner's books sound very interesting. And Anne McCaffrey credits her too, so that probably means Kerner is very good indeed.

Ahh I quite enjoyed that Dragon Quartet Pam - thanks for reminding me I also intend to reread Elvenbane etc very soon!

McClance - Anne and Lanen are friends, Lanen was a member of the OKT and has registered over at AMCF - Lanen's husband Steven was the man who helped Anne with her Astronomy stuff for SKies of Pern as well

Can't remember the author (Was it Dickson perhaps?), and I havn't read the book, but _The Dragon and the George_ may be another.

Newly out, the award-winning _Tooth & Claw_ by Jo Walton is certainly a must-read.
Think Trollope with dragons for protagonists! (and for more details, see http://www.bluejo.demon.co.uk/dragon/dfaq.htm and other links on her page. And if you're a fan of Austen, check out the Jane Austin home page, a tribute inspired by numerous typos in discussions on the rec.arts.sf.written newsgroup)

hmmm, let me think, Joanne Bertins The Last Dragonlord had it from the point of view of a person who turns into a dragon, but I'm not sure if that's what you want~

Diane Duane's Door Into Shadow has part of the story from a dragon's point of view.
