bats - heh heh - interesting. When I went, there were quite a few couples, mostly pretty young, but behind me were two middle-aged women, and when the ads and the trailers finished and the lights went down, a quiet voice from behind me said "let the totty begin". I had the worst time not laughing out loud.

Lanen Sorry to ask this but what does Totty mean
In Aussie we say say ''Let the Wumpy Pumpy begin''
I lent the Twilight to a Lady of 96 she said she had her Fan going overtime

Not seeing it in theaters, but I will borrow the DVD from my sis when the RiffTrax comes out. Good times to be had; the one for Twilight was hilarious.

I've seen it too now

Just had to see the first film before I went to see New Moon. So now I have ordered the book series to get in-depth details. I was surprised and impressed with the films. Sooo romantic!

"Bella is good at wierd" is my favourite quote from New Moon.

I seem to agree with Lanen on the subject of Mr. Brown.

Also, I am absolutely for books getting people to read. My son has just read a book - never before has he read a book so fast - which one? The house of the Night by P.C. Cast. The next one swallowed fast was: Beautiful Dead by Eden Mcquire. Two books in three weeks (off curriculum) are definitely a new record for him! Vampire books seem to be right for him now

The Rowan is my favourite!

"The name rowan is believed to derive from the Norse runa - "a charm". It was often planted outside houses to ward off witches. On May Day a spray of rowan leaves was hung over doors to repel evil, and wells dressed with rowan to keep witches away. The rowan, or mountain ash, is found commonly in Scotland, sometimes clinging to a rock face."
