Names/Addys for Stephensen-Payne/Benson bibliography - A Meeting of Minds

I heard back from Phil as I'd hoped! He was well into the bibliography and had to go to South Africa for a week. He says he's hoping to have it done either this weekend or maybe next. So let's say 3 weeks max before it's done?

He says that he'd like a list of names and addresses. I think that way he can have them all set to go while payments are coming. He did ask too if someone was being 'central dispatch' so they'd go to one person, but I don't think that would be a good idea. Since we are all over the world it would be hard to ship at decent cost.

I'm willing to have names and addresses PM'd to me and I'll forward them on. (I've got a couple alread since they read this in the original thread) Then everyone can pay as they wish, when the time comes.

To refresh here is how he takes payment....
Accepted forms of payment are UK cheques, UK/US/Euro cash or PayPal (only if backed by a bank account or PayPal balance, NOT a credit/debit card).
I'll post his PayPal ID when he's all set too.

Also ..... I will be in the US for 3 weeks in 3 weeks time ie away from home from 18th August until 6th September, so probably won't be able to do any paying etc until I get back. Do you think that will be a problem?

L'isa - you will pay for your own biblio(s) using check or PayPal. Once Phil lets me know this is done everyone will order their own copy or copies. I'm gathering the names and addresses for Phil so that he can have them ready to go ahead of time.

Kath - It could be a bit of an issue, since I don't know exactly when he'll be done. Maybe by this weekend, based on what he told me. So if that does happen then you'll be ok, but if he goes overtime then it could run into your time in the US. I'm afraid that it will be a wait till we have more info situation.

Unless you want to prepay him. I could email and ask about that if you'd like. (I'll do it anyway.)

The latest from Phil is that he has printed galley proofs of the new biblio and it looks great! There is a huge increase of information too! It went from 54 pages to 89!!! LOTS of goodies to hunt for now, I bet! He says once it's proofed he'll be ready for printing and mailing, which is in about a week. So PLEASE send me your name and address so that I can get them sent off to Phil.

I can't wait to see what he found!

Jube - you should still be able to order a copy. He's already done the research involved. He wanted at least 20 to begin with in order to make it worth his while to do the research. But I'll email him just to be sure and also ask about any postage increases.
