Jody on E-bay

In the last five days I have succeeded in winning not one but two of Jody's books on e-bay They aren't available in bookshops in the UK, which makes the triumph twice as enjoyable

They're hard to find over here in the US too. Most of her books are out of print, and the Baltimore County library - which ought to have a good collection of sci fi, has very few of her books. It's quite annoying!

Hi, Anneli,

No news on UK publishers, but all my new Meisha Merlin books will be brought to the UK by Diamond Book Distributors. At the very least they'll be in most of the Forbidden Planet stores, and many comic book shops. I had a nice brunch with the rep from Diamond, who is very enthusiastic about it. That means, in September, "Class Dis-Mythed" by me and Robert Asprin will be available, and in October, "Strong Arm Tactics," the start of my new solo series.

Of course, it's nowhere near complete, nor will it ever be.
I've made the decision not to get "Myth-Taken Identity". Also there are other anthologies that Jody has stories in that I haven't got, mainly because I get anthologies for the subject not the author. Hopefully one day Jody will release a short story collection.
At the moment hunting for Xanth: Ghost Of A Chance.
