Just in case you are interested, the Renaissance Pleasure Faire is coming to the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area this year between April 16th and May 22nd. (It was formally at Glen Helen Park.) If you need a costume this is a great place to get one. (Or in the case of a certian couple of young friends of ours, you can get a fox tail of your own to play with!)

It might be a good place for the planning committee to get to gether and share some ideas. And you can wear a costume if you want and not look the least out of place! In fact, not wearing one sort of makes you stand out!

Some of us are hoping to meet at The Original Renaissance Pleasure Faire.
It will be held Saturdays & Sundays of April 16th thru May 22nd of this year. It's open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Well, we all met out front of the Ren Faire about 10:00 am,

and we went in together.

We sort of each went our own way

, having different interests to quell

, but we kept meeting up a good many times throughout the day.

A good time was had by one and all!

Especially Paul and Cindy,

as you can tell by the photos!

I am currently working on a movie of our 3rd Annual Halloween Harvest Gather. Basically it's along the same lines as what Rod did, ( Music and Pictures put together )

If it turns out I'll make a few copies. So far it's about 18 minutes long. If anyone else has pictures to add to it, Please Please, send them quick! I'll e-mail you my snail-mail addy if you dont already have it!

There be only thrity, yes you count 'em, 3 0 days left till the Gather!

Sharon, our Mastergriller, of course first and foremost!

As for our little group of gather goers, there will be the usual 4!
Mark, Michele, Crystal, and me. (There are three more possibles but we wont count them right now as it's still very ify)

Dena, Rod, their two boys, and Mellissa makes the usual 5! and Dena mentioned some friends might make it, but she'll have to let us know the final number.

Pam, and our suprise guest and his daughter if they make it adds 3 more!

Pupura and Chris makes another 2!

Murphy, Andy, Wanda, and Christopher make another 4!

NeoofPern if they make it will be another 4!

Cindy, Paul, and Glidith are still maybes but lets count them as 3

This is adding up rather nicely! Any else want to be added to our little invite list?

Hans: That is what he posted on the gather thread at Pernese Friends. I believe however that if you go there and check out a Thread started by Lady Tira (our Shirley) under Clubs/Dragonlords/an idea you will get the general idea that it is going to be a Dragonlord Ceremony. Of course anything is possibe with Shirley

As for the count down, that is to build anticipation, as well as to let everyone know how much time is left to get their things together. We do occassionally forget the date, so posting the number of days reminds us. I do it day by day when we get down to one week left. which is in two more days!

I believe however that if you go there and check out a Thread started by Lady Tira (our Shirley) under Clubs/Dragonlords/an idea you will get the general idea that it is going to be a Dragonlord Ceremony. Of course anything is possibe with Shirley As for the count down, that is to build anticipation, as well as to let everyone know how much time is left to get their things together. We do occassionally forget the date, so posting the number of days reminds us. I do it day by day when we get down to one week left. which is in two more days!

They get a Windows Media Player Video of the last gather as part of the invite! I'll warn you, its about 32 minutes long, and contains roughly 230 or so pictures!
