I am almost to my half way goal of weight loss--should be their by Jan 2007. Then I will send you a picture---I haven't had a picture taken in years so they are of when I was quite chunky. So you can drop me to the bottom of the list. I won't mind. WHAT I do mind is going to the new gym in town 3 times a week--my idea of a work out is reading a good book on the couch! You know turning the pages.

Bisbe -- you do realize that Maelin is quite capable of taking off all the pounds you wish in the portrait? That's the joy of art, she's better than a plastic surgeon at fixing/altering whatever you wish!

NP, Lady Maelin--it's not like there was anything I needed to say about the picture privately!

Bisbe-if you think I'm as slim or long-waisted as Maelin's portrait makes out, you're imagining things! (To be fair, the picture she worked from wasn't taken in a way that shows how short-waisted I really am.) She works wonders with those pencils!

@ Anareth...I normally don't show more that the shoulders, but in your case I had to show more to show all the goodies. Enjoy the extra length to your waist...I did it to my own too.

@ Granath...It didn't notice that I needed to do that to yours, but I am glad that you were so happy with it.

@ Bisbe, I am so sorry that I forgot to tell you... HOW Wonderful it is that you are tying so hard to loose weight. More power to you, and I will be here when ever you get to where you want to be.

@ kc, I have the best picture of you that I took at the dinner we all went to, one with one of those Dragon creatures we all played with on your shoulder. It is just a perfectly lovely photo, and the pose if just right for you and your Firelizard. I will see if I can get it to you in a few days for you to decide if you want me to use it.

@ Lily, thank you so much for that very touching post. Those are the kind of things that make this all worth while. The happiness that I read about from the members I have done portraits for, is just wonderful and makes me feel so happy too. I hope that your family likes it as much as you do.

@Apo, Yes you can see it now...IT'S UP!!!! I hope that you all enjoy it.
