New series from Anne McCaffrey and Elizabeth Ann Scarborough - A Meeting of Minds

I've seen a few references online recently to a joint Anne McCaffrey / Elizabeth Ann Scarborough book titled "Barque Cats" but not been able to find out any other information. I'd been thinking that it was just a mis-titled book, but it seems we'll be getting a whole new series!
