I haven't read this year's best novel but it's on my to be read pile - I've heard great things about it for months now, and it has swept all the major SFF awards this year - Hugo, Nebula, and Clarke.
I have read both the best novelette and best short story - both are free from Tor.com and I heartily recommend them both! I'm going to see about adding in links to them in the list above.

It was wonderful seeing so many people get what they deserved, at both ends of the ballot. Disappointing that Galen Dara and Tea & Jeopardy didn't get more votes, but there you go.
