Default Real-life versus Online life?

At times they are so complementary it’s fantastic . Like meeting online friends for real in our different countries, not to mention at the UK Gathers, at Dragonhold and (one never to be forgotten birthday ) at DragonCon .

Then at others, real-life can be so demanding that the online variety just has to slip down the list of priorities ranking below such necessities as surviving, working, eating and sleeping.

Which is a rather convoluted way of saying that since June, my online life (apart from working on the McCaffrey Quest ) has been extremely limited “due to events beyond my control” . However, I’m hoping that *touch wood* I’m now going to be able to be here at MoM on a regular basis again - I’ve missed this place, I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone and everything

You know what they say, RL is that nasty interruption that happens while you're on the Net.

Good to see you back anyway.

And at times, RL and OL start pacing around like a pair of angry sumo wrestlers...

Welcome back, Anneli!

Thanks everyone

I think I've more or less caught up with most threads now, although I'm saving one particular treat for tomorrow - I'm going to read DragonSue from start to finish with *fingers crossed* no interruptions I mean, why under the double moons shouldn't I have fun while you're all questing? *ducks and runs*
