White Quiltdragon

Morning folks, name is Debbie and I live in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin, USA. Recently discovered this fun site and will enjoy it tremendously. I've been reading McCaffery a long time. SFF in general is my favorite genre next to mysteries. I read anything and everything as being from a military family books are easily portable and work well with all the moving! I'm currently working 2 jobs and going to school, my friends claim I'm certifiable. I also love to quilt and am trying to determine how to make a pictorial of Ruth (my fav). The loves of my life are 2 Jack Russell terrors who are true to their breed and keep me on my toes.
For me Pern has always been a good escape and have always been able to picture myself on a dragon. I go there still with a voracious appetite for both the new and the old! Anne McCaffery lives on in us. May it be ever so.

Welcome, Debbie!

So, is The White Dragon your favourite book as well, or just your favourite character?

Welcome to another crafter! I do cross stitch and needlepoint. It's been a while but I think I did one of Ruth. I'll rummage through the trunk where I keep completed stuff and see.

Hello there! Wisconsin, huh? No wonder you make quilts. Gotta keep warm somehow!

Another crafter here. I'm the one that does the chain maille jewelry & wire wrap rings & pendants.

Welcome to the community. Hope to see you posting soon.
