Default How not to put out a chip pan fire

Hi,

I know this one is common sense when you see this, but this video clearly demonstrates the point.

The other weekend the local fire brigade were doing some demonstrations.

I was wondering what a chip pan was too!

Yes, putting water on a grease fire just doesn't go over well... Nice clip, Sokar.

Sokar...This was very interesting...scary and a bit funny listing to the guy in the background.
Did you do this video too? After watching so many British films...I did happen to know what a chip pan was...well that and because I really love fish and chips...

Pernafictionado....yes very much like a U.S. deap fat fryer.

Yup I filmed it, was trying out a new piece of video equipment.

I'll have to chop the full video into two piece, to get it onto youtube, but I'll do that later, and post it.

I've also got clips from a simulated cliff side rescue, which the due to problems with the sound system, you couldn't hear the the guy talking.

And there's also someone being rescued from the top of a building, using one of those hydraulic lift platform.
