Lady M, at the moment the working title is The Last Resort. At this point I'm still having it proofread and stuff like that but if it ever gets published I'll be sure to let you know.

It is published if it's posted on-line. If you ever want to SELL it to a print publisher (or a paying e-publisher), take it down and hope no one's cached it somewhere.

Heh, and if it's a first draft...the book ain't finished. The draft is. Welcome to writing.

Congratulations, as another writer (unpublished - I'm crap) well done. For a bit of advice I'd suggest you get on a P2P site and get people to download and read it. There is no quicker way to get feedback and critical comments plus they will often proofread it for free.. happened to me!

any hoo well done to you.

@ Kater and Anneli...I would volunteer to proof read...but with my hedious grammar and spelling you would do better with the 1st draft.

I did finally write a short story a while back(wanted to see if I could.. .better stick to my art it's easier ) but my hubby had to go through it to fix both the grammar and the spelling....at least he thought it was good. I am going to save it and put it away for my children to read.

Lady M, as you can tell my spelling isn't that great!! My grammer isn't that much better. I'm sure it's going to take many proofs before it's ready to be published...IF I can get it published.

Oh, you'll do fine! Don't worry... I know the worst part is waiting. You did well if you were able to convey the overall tone of the subject properly. I don't know if I could have made it through my English classes without Word's thesaurus at my fingertips!
