Default Spam Vs the Vampire

Just wanted to let you all know that I have a brand new cat book out--just me and the cats and a vampire or two. I've worked on it off and on for two or three years and just put it up on Kindle yesterday. By the end of next week I hope to have it available in all of the e-book formats and Print on Demand. This isn't a reprint of my old stuff or a sequel to anything. It's a new book. Here's the synopsis:

Spam and the other cats at website designer Darcy Dupres’ house are frantic with worry. Darcy walked out the door two (missed) wet meals ago and didn’t return or send anyone else to look after her beloved furry friends. The other cats think that she has abandoned them, but her office cat and (unbeknownst to her) protégé, Spam, suspects darker forces are at work.
Darcy’s last project was helping a suspicious character who called himself Marcel de Montreal with a dating website for vampires and the women who dig them. Darcy thought Marcel was playing and besides, he paid her a lot of kitty litter to design the site.
But before she can finish, the self-proclaimed vampire announces that he is coming to visit, and Darcy disappears. That and the–duh–black billowy figure with the white face and red eyes peering through the window seem like a dead giveaway to Spam.
Using the computer knowledge he learned at his human’s side, Spam escapes to the world beyond his home to find Darcy and save his family. When the other cats are rounded up and hauled to the shelter, Spam’s only allies seem to be a hungry raccoon, some friendly deer, observant otters and the fact that Marcel happens to be allergic to cats.

Well, that sound like a purring mystery, to me, not that I'm fond of Vampire, but mix in with cats, and might be a good read later.

Eann, is there a statue of Bast/Bastet anywhere in your home? I get the feeling the Egyptian Goddess of Cats must LOVE your sentient felines!

AnnMarie,
Yes, I have Bast in several aspects lounging around on my shelves. A pen that no longer works, a stuffed toy from ToadsnTrolls (or is it the other way around), an incense burner I never burn incense in, and a bronze statue about a foot high I inherited from a dear friend who died. Of course, if you are a known cat person, it's like Anne says about her and dragons, they start collecting you. At least those Bast figures don't eat much.
GinnyStar, this is not a sparkly vampire and he has a pissed off cat to deal with.

I believe the first post mentions that the goal is to have it set up as Print on Demand, so print edition would be available when that is done.

If you do get a copy and enjoy it, Spam would appreciate a pet and a kind word ("like" and a bunch of stars would be nice as a virtual pet). He is trying very hard to support me and his brothers, Cisco and Pancho, with his tails of derring do.

A freind of mine might like your new book, she is a 'cat person' and enjoyed the POV from them, that must take a bit to get into that point of view.

She also aidded us, in getting the new tags on our two. Smokey being not happy be held, and Reggie more layback.

Okay, for you traditionalists who only want books with pages, SPAM VS THE VAMPIRE is now in PRINT as well as e-book, and is also available from Amazon, Amazon UK, Barnes and Noble and anywhere Lightning Source distributes. I got my print copies today. I think it looks gooood. Kittibits' (author K.B. Dundee) picture on the back is extremely handsome.

He's ready for his second adventure, Lanen. I just heard from McAnnie tonight and she was asking if Dundee was going to write another. If you get a chance and you like it, would you consider going on Amazon and doing a review for me? Dundee and I need all the help we can get. He has many friends and admirers, but they're mostly cats and (unlike Spammie) unless they have an iPad, they can't type.

Good, I'm going to have to put it on my 'to read later, wish list' Perhaps you can help with a review too? Just an idea from GinnyStar, two furballs, and one who was trying to 'paw' at it early on, when I was reading about it.
