"Currently Reading" Length - A Meeting of Minds

Any way to extend the max characters allowed on this one? I don't think I've been able to put the entire length of a book title, plus the author, of almost any book I've read! For example:

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, Jonathan Safran Foer
Perdido Street Station, China Mieville
The Good Fairies of New York, Martin Millar
The Lathe of Heaven, Ursula K. LeGuin (I got that one in, but just shortened to "The Lathe of Heaven -- LeGuin")
A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, David Eggers
Me Talk Pretty One Day, David Sedaris

So unless it's like, "Dragonheart" or something equally short, you're kind of SOL with making this stat useful.

I've regulalry had to be very creative but saw it as a challenge. We also need to realise that this is not an extremely important thing

If it really can't fit I'll probably just mention the author...

I tend to agree with Cavatica

With so few characters it really is impossible to specify some books

I tend to compromise by putting "Valdemar" "Ninth Pass" "Talent" or some such, which is fine for books that are in our common vocabulary/library, so to speak, but it's far more difficult when I'm reading something non-fantasy - and I do, I do, honest

I made it a bit longer, beyond that you'll need to be creative!

I thought you were actually pretty inventive with "Valdemar again" it made me smile and I was thinking of it when I was making my post in reply to Cav

Haha... see I've never had a problem with this mostly because I only have so much time to read and post... so editing side panel details escapes me most of the time!!
