I'm really sorry that I wasn't able to get up to se it (on Saturday) but real-life and weather all got in the way.

You want to sell off any left over posters and programmes?

Hey guys! Sorry for not posting an update in here sooner. Things have been insane here just recently, and I'm still waiting on the video to be sent to me.

If people want, I can post a bit of a breakdown and some photos up here first?

Hullo hullo hullo!

I know that I've been rubbish in getting info up here in a timely manner. In my defence, the DVD has only just been completed, so I'm not -too- behind I guess.

First of all, here are a couple of photographs for you all to peruse from our dress rehearsal.

Poor Tirolt is told that he'll never be a Dragonrider.

Mavi and Yanus converse about their Dragonrider visitor.

Yanus isn't happy with T'Gellan's news.

Mavi warns Menolly to behave herself.

Yanus catches Menolly tuning and twists her arm.

Tirolt is awed by the presence of a real(!) dragon, Monarth.

Mirrim tells Menolly just how lucky she was to escape the Thread.

Menolly is unsure what to do now she's at Benden.

As many of you know, this play used music by Mike and Tania, but there were two songs which one of our cast, Tom Harrison (T'Gellan), put a tune to. If you get a copy of the DVD, you'll be able to listen-in, since I don't have a 'music-upload' account anywhere on the 'net.

So! In terms of goodies up for grabs, I have the following;

- 12 A4 posters, signed by the whole cast, Producer, Co-Director and Director
- 7 Copies of the original Script
- 15 Play programs
- Copies of the performance on DVD/file format

A poster, a program, and a copy of the performance will cost £12 (includes P&P to wherever you need it sending to). A script is £9 (basically just what I paid for a copy).

I'll try to put a snippet of the video online if I can figure out how to.

KC - Yus, just PM me your details and I'll get it all sorted for you. I have to wait until this Wednesday to get the rest of the DVD's (I only have my copy).

OH! Just as a head's up, the chap who did the DVD's for me...whilst making them AWESOME, also spelt my name 'Sarah' instead of 'Sara' at the end. -Weeps a little-, but that's the only thing 'wrong' with them. He even edited out the Fire-Alarm disaster. xD

Poster, program and DVD please! And do let me know how to get the money to you and if there's extra postage for the continent?

If the DVD boasts anywhere near the quality and intensity of the photos I'll have a nice evening on the couch, I'm sure!

You're fantastic, Sara (and Sarah too)

The sound quality on the DVD's is such that you can hear everything, but it's slightly tinny. We did our best. ^^;

In terms of the DVD, that's a really good question. I'll ask Roger (who's doing it for me) about it on Wednesday. If he doesn't know how to do a Region 1 DVD, I'll work out a way of getting the actual file to you instead.

Oh! I also forgot to mention.

In case anyone's interested (probably not, but I thought I might as well post it here just in case), in June, the Firelizard puppets will also be for sale for £30 each.

This is exiting

Is there any possibility that this can be resolved by the beginning of april?

Hey, guys, time for an update! (Sorry I didn't post yesterday after my committee meeting, I've managed to catch the lurgy, and I'm supporting-actress in a play that opens tonight, so I'm sat here chugging honey and lemon drinks. >.< )

In terms of the DVD's, Roger says he can burn both Region 1+2, but since he's busy currently, it might take him until the end of March to complete the order, as it were.

Samsara - Yes, that's the sort of script I mean.

Well, you better put me down for a script as well then - if there is some still available that is! I'm happy to pay the postage cost, just let me know how much & how to pay. So that's the whole kit & kaboodle then... Signed poster, program, script & DVD. Hope thats ok!

Also... all this talk of Region in regards to the DVD - never heard of 'em... Does anyone know what Region Australia is in?

We are Region 4 or pal (Australia/New Zealand) for dvds, Samsara. Otherwise for most other folks, look on the back of a regular dvd for your country and you'll find it there. I know the USA is region 1 or NTSC but as for the rest of the world, I'm unable to help you there.

Hang on, here's wikipedia's take on it and that will help you out with it:

The only problem is - if Australia is Region 4, and Sara's friend can only copy Region 1 & 2... does that mean we wont be able to watch the DVD?

Actually if your friend is able to do Region 0 or Region ALL, that would work for everyone then, without all the trouble of doing a batch of region 1 for one lot then doing another batch for someone else. Not sure but that would be my suggestion for it. If he's unable to do so, I might take up Hans' suggestion and ask "pretty please with a cherry on top", hope Hans willing to still do so when your friend's organised with it all
