Default Mark Size

I have been trying to find out information on the size of the mark disk. I want to make my own marks for my Wedding and because of that I need to know what size wood disks I need to buy.

I'm thinking about getting a wood burning instrument from Walmart (where I work).

I'd like some suggestions as well as to what to make the images of the marks of!

I have a set of seven made by Sarah Slack about 2008. They are slices off a wooden broom handle with the designs burnt on each side. I could post pictures for you on facebook. To post them here I would have to save them online and use their URLs to post them here.

that might help, but I wanted more like how many inches in diameter so I could buy the blank disks from Amazon or Walmart (work) so I can make them

There's a picture in the DLG but I'm not sure what the ratio is (actual size or not).

If you could add how big they are in the post, then I think she would have the idea of what to order, she may have to do a bit of slicing to get what you need , I do recall reading that thread but trying to find that now is a harder for me

Sarah's ones are 35mm in diameter. Both sides have a 25mm circle etched on. On one side is a value 2, 4, 8 overscored as fraction of a mark (I remember Piemur claiming 1/32nd mark so you could do overscored 16 & 32) and 1, 2, 4, 8 underscored as full marks. The other side has a craft symbol: harp, cow's head, plough, fish, roll of cloth, anvil, crossed pick & shovel.
