It is his picture! It's also Cisco's picture! I don't know why they arbitrarily decided to make our Maine-Coony Barque Cats short hairs but maybe they figured there was a larger short-haired black cat demographic they had to appeal to.

Midnight is a she. I guess sniffing the pages is her way of reading the book, although she's picking up an entirely different story.

OH LORD...I can't believe this, but I just got around to bying the first one of this series, and now I find that the second one is already out...UGG!
Well at least I won't have to wait for it, I can just go out now and get it and read them back to back. I do have a decent excuse, as I have been very busy this last year, what with buying our new/older home, moving and getting settled in...now I get to get back to the more enjoyable parts of life...READING like crazy...and what better reading than a new double treat from Anne and Annie...Thanks Ladies I know there both going to be wonderful.

This really isn't in that universe, Maelin. It takes place quite a bit earlier in history, during the ancestral past of the Barque Cats that even the Rowan didn't know about. We couldn't set it in the Talent world because that was all with another publisher but we both wanted to write about cats in space so here they are.

Thank you kindly Annie
![]() Going back in their history is such a marvelous idea, and a great way to be able to continue writing about them...I really want to applaud you and Anne for thinking of it. That kind of writing to a fan, only makes the world their reading about, seem more complete and real, as it has so much more dimention to it. ![]() Thank you most heartily ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
