Default My treasures from Albacon

At Albacon I picked up a number of books, as well as taking a book along for Barclay Shaw (artist guest of honor) to sign. I bought everything that Mary Turzillo and her husband Geoffrey Landis had there and had them sign them (her poetry is wonderful, at least I find it so). Then I bought copies of The Cat's Job by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller for myself and a friend, also signed. Finally, I was in the dealer's room, feeling a bit sad that Anne could not make it, and I'm afraid the copy of The Dolphins' Bell just sort of fell off the shelf into my hands and became my, ummmmm, "Christmas present" from Jeff. So, here are pictures of it, and if I get around to it I'll take pictures of the rest of my "haul".

It's such a nice littel book, that. And as things go it is nice to have a really low number Congrats Cilla, it was a great find!

And Kudos to Jeff because he immediately realised this should be your xmas present (after you told him)

WOW CillaCongratulations...these are very nice finds...as a matter of fact I don't think I have ever seen that cover of *Stitch in Snow*...seems I am going to have a few more things to go and find when I jump back in the treasure game. I am so glad you were able to find the Dolphins Bell collectors book...I found mine all but the same way at Worldcon in LA a couple of years ago...it also just kind of jumped off the shelf into my hands too. Looks like its going to be a great Christmas at your house this year.

Wow! Well, my offer still stands. However, I realise that for a collector the hunt must be a good part of the fun!

It's the UK paperback cover from 1985 which I much prefer to the US paperback version Although, since I got the UK one first that might be the explanation
