Default R.I.P Richard Hatch

Richard Hatch, most famous for his role as Captain Apollo in the original Battlestar Galactica series passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in an LA Hospital on Tuesday.

He was 71

He was also instrumental in keeping the interest for classic BSG alive. I also think he was classy for supporting and appearing in the new BSG show. Dirk Benedict threw a hissy fit over the female Starbuck in the new show and refused to have anything to do with it, even to support the classic show.

Indeed

I loved the way he worked tirelessly in his attempts to get the classic BSG show restarted, even if in the end nothing ever came of it he never gave up.
