Default real life heroine?

I was in the checkout queue at Asda (Wal Mart to some of you ex colonials ) the other day when I spotted the cashier's name badge ... "Helve".

It turned out she was Czechoslovakian and had an aunt with the same name.

And, yes, it's pronounced "Helva"
