Default Pern on io9!

Check out this article on io9.com! It's a pretty good overview of the whole Pern series, and the history of almost-made TV shows and movies. Could introduce a lot of new readers, and the discussions in the comments should be interesting!

I think our best shot of seeing it is in the next few years, while "Game of Thrones" is still in. I actually don't think the movie is entirely moribund, and I see the news that the Reese-Stevens have been attached is semi-public, so...

...There is hope.

I agree with you Hans, and the dolphins being uplifted and dragons? That was from another writer, I recall reading but not at this time

Two of them I see are from members from here, who were not even asked their OK. And a bunch of Art work more later
