Default Another Colorado sunset

Sometimes I feel truly blessed that I get skies like this at my house. The first two are from this evening.

This one is from the beginning of January

I hope the gorgeous sunsets are helping make up for the big piles of snow you have!

Oh, those skies are beautiful! We don't get views like that here, not unless we go out into the country. I'm jealous!

Beautiful, Pam!!! If I hadn't seen skies like that around here I'm not sure I'd believe they were for real. Truly amazing what beauty can be found in a sunset and a sunrise.
I went to work the other morning with a wonderful sunrise infront of me and a beautiful full moon visible in my rear view mirror! It made it hard to focus on driving!

I totally have that problem, not being able to focus on driving due to beautiful views

If there were more trees on my property we would have that view. Luckily, the ones you see in the pictures are about it, and they make a great addition to my pictures

Very beautiful photos...I agree at least you have these lovely sunsets making up for some of the overwhelming snowfall you've been having lately....although it does looks like your going to be getting a little warm up this weekend.

I did that once, when I was driving through the Garden of the Gods and realized that when Pike's Peak is covered in snow, it glows under the light of a full moon on a clear night. Good thing I pulled over for a bit until my dazzled head cleared.

Yeah, Garden of the Gods is distracting under normal light!

Garden of the Gods is pretty cool.

We can see our local mountains almost all winter at night if the moon is shining at all.

Yesterday's sunset, not quite as awesome as the day before's.
