Default 2006 reading lists

Here's the spot for our 2006 reading lists. I'll have to go back and gather up those books I've already read, and I shall have to make a note of their titles.

Here's a thought; why not monthly updates, with a recap of the year at the end of December?

I've not read any of his before apart from the one he co-wrote with Terry Pratchett, Good Omens, which I loved. Started Stardust last night and already like it very much!

I haven't a clue at the moment.
Any books on instrumentation I can find.
The new quantum universe
Fundementals of Quantum mechanics... (yep, I've got exams!)
Got a sneaking feeling books 3 and 5 of the Mallorean by David Eddings will be found by then.
Most of my books have gone home for the holidays,
But I've got a pile of four or five just in case

I don't count either... In fact I may have forgotten some. I only worked out that list by checking a few publication dates as I go to the bookstore every month. Plus I know I reread Chronicles before the trivia thing, and had a small Pegasus marathon.

Actually, I just realized I forgot Dragonsdawn.

As long as I don't have exams I will be reading at a fair pace. This month, for example, is looking good. Mind you, as I type I am eying a book of essays about the poet Les Murray, and I have stopped listing the many poems and the suchlike that I read every day.

I can't remember the books I've read since I read all kinds.

Does anyone have any recommendations on certain authors?

I've just finished:
Sandcastles Luanne Rice
Contact Carl Sagan
All the Weyrs of Pern Anne McCaffrey

I tried reading her Acorna series and stopped
after the 3rd book. Still prefer the Pern series.

Thanks,

Carole

If I could remember all the authors, you'd notice there is a wide variety. Take a pick of any of them
