Default Re: Pernese versus Terran terms

Myt, according to The Dragonlovers Guide of Pern a Pernese day is a little over twenty-four hours and there are 362 days in a Turn. They have a leap year every sixth years. It doesn't say anything about months but there are a lot of things it doesn't say. From the books we know that the Pernese official names for their months are the numbers: first month, second month etc.

I suspect that there will be other names for them as well, maybe as we use to have in old Europe until about the middle of the 19th century. I mean names like harvest month, slaughter month etc.
