Default Re: A horrible Sunday

The police admit they aren't even bothering to look for the bike!

A friend has leant me a little car to carry bags of salvaged clothes, etc. I'm having to use it for school runs also (until the council pull out their collective fingers and dish out the bus passes). That's two runs in the mornings and two at tea time: total around 50 miles a day.

I've now got all the clothes and books out and am starting on stuffed toys etc. Next I've got all the dvds to go through and salvage.

The tinkers have been in and stripped out as much lead and copper as they could scrounge. The good thing was that the cold water tank in the roof emptied itself all over them.
