Okay: it's been a week, so here's the answer.

It's the town hall in Cunderdin W.A.

I chose it because my Uncle Stanley (a 10 Pom) was doctor in Cunderdin in the nineteen fifties. I wanted for a photo of the old hospital he ran but it was replaced around twenty years ago and not even W.A. Health Authority have a picture of it.
