Re: Harry Potter book 6 discussion (spoiler warnings)

I wouldn't mind a book or three on the Marauders as students, how they became animagi, the whole James-Sirius-Snape-Lily thing, etc. I think JKR would do it well. If Anne McCafferey can do it, Jo...

Re: Pern concept art?

Rabbits are built to run and hop. Dragons' hind legs are designed to leap and the front ones are for balance on the ground.

Re: How do dragons die?

Any dragon can between from the ground. It's whether they come out ot not in flight that matters. And since Lamoth didn't plan on popping out, it didn't matter.

Re: How do dragons die?

Still...Chim's quotes seem to lean towards Lamoth suiciding because he could not bear living with a lifemate that seeks the life of another rider.

The rest of the Harry Potters. ;)

What Spiff said in those big bold red letters.

I don't know about that....I have no quotes, but I could swear that in the Pern books at least, "journeyman" could refer to both a man and a woman. But don't quote me on it.
