I know that I am VERY late to this thread, but I got a gigantic fuzzy blanket from my mom.
I also got some bracelets and art supplies, but the blanket was by far my favorite present.

I recently found a old(ish) National Geographic with an article about Petra in it. As soon as I saw the pictures, they reminded me of a Hold. Has anyone else seen the similarity before? :)

I google mapped Izu Islands and couldn't find that specific one, but I found one that looks even more like a weyr to me, even though it has no lake and I'm not sure how big it is....

Id go with either fort or Monaco bay. fort because it is central, and monaco bay, because I am happier the closer I am to a large body of water. and I don't like desert.
