I may be a bit late with this advice for you, but I used try and work through as many past papers as I could get my hands on.

Some I did with open books, but kept one for a timed 'dry run' the...

A reasonably fast, but not 'speed read' rate is about a page a minute.

This is how my husband and I calculate how long it will take us to read/finish a book if we are at the stage of 'do we go to...
