one was bundled with one of his books, one of the editions of his Collected Poems, from memory, and another was put out in Sweden, by Editions Rugerup...

a fair number have written Conan stories, but those are largely in the public domain now. The situation is complicated, and many prefer only the REH stories, myself included, in authoratative texts...
