That seems like a pretty straightforward message, that the two email address you entered did not match. Give it a try again, and make sure there are no typos in your email address so that the first and second time you type it match each other -- just as both times you enter a new password it has to match.

The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

Would the reset button work?

Hm, a copy and paste should work... or type really slowly, double checking each letter as you go. That's what I do, particularly for passwords.

Re: Trying to reset password

Since you've done a system reset of your password, you need to enter that as your current password, then type what you want your new one to be where indicated. It has you enter the new one twice to make sure they match, so that you don't have a typo in your new one without realizing it.

Hello all thanks for the help, I had another one I had to re-stet over at NKT, by the time I got in I was quite "steamed" I also add a note about the safty system as it related to persons with disibilities, I well say this MoM set is a bit easier to do.
